Staged on the National Gallery terrace the evening before the Singapore Grand Prix, the Tech Summit gathered more than 150 finance and tech leaders — including the Emirates Family Office Association — for hospitality and F&B curation with the race track below and the skyline behind.
Why it matters to EVNTS
This is a satellite event in its purest form: one anchor weekend, hundreds of side events across the city, and every guest holding a handful of invitations at once. It is also a rooftop in a heritage building during the busiest week of the year — connectivity is not guaranteed.
Offline door. The guest list and every ticket were cached on the device before doors opened. Scans queued locally and reconciled when signal returned, with the sync state visible to the person on the door the whole time.
The week view. Guests saw the Summit alongside the rest of their race-week itinerary, with the venue one tap from directions.
Verified attendance. Partners funding the evening received an aggregate view of who came — seniority, organisation mix, net-new reach — not a screenshot of a spreadsheet.
Browser check-in fails when the venue wifi fails. On a terrace above Marina Bay, ours didn't.
