Getting in
How do I sign in?
With Apple or with Google. There is no password. On Android, Google is the way in; on iPhone you can use either.
I opened an invitation link and nothing happened
With the app installed, the link opens the invitation directly. Without it, the link shows the event and where to get the app. If the app is installed and the link opened in a browser instead, open the app and use Join by code with the code at the end of the link.
Can I be a host and a guest?
Yes, with one account. Switch between hosting and attending in Settings; you are a host at your own events and a guest at everyone else's.
Events and tickets
How do I join an event?
Open the invitation link, or use Join by code from the centre of the tab bar. If the event has tickets, pick a tier; a free ticket is yours in one step.
Where is my ticket?
In Tickets, and on the event's page. It works offline: the door reads it from your screen even without signal.
The tier says "only a few left"
That is exactly what it means: fewer tickets remain than you asked for, but some do. Ask for fewer, or try another tier.
I am a host — how do I publish?
Build the event, then Publish from its page. A published event can be edited, duplicated, completed or cancelled; cancelling refunds every paid order automatically.
Offline and sync
What works without signal?
Everything you have already seen: your events, tickets, guides and countdowns. Changes you make while offline queue and land when you are back. Settings has a Sync row that says which state you are in.
Sync says "needs attention"
The server refused one of your queued changes. Open the Sync row to retry it or discard it; the reason is written for you, not for a computer.
Account
Someone has my old phone
Settings → Devices lists every phone signed into your account. End the session you do not recognise; that phone is signed out at once.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. The deletion is scheduled and then carried out; your profile, sign-ins, devices and tickets go, and the credential Apple issued for your sign-in is revoked. See the privacy policy for what remains, and why.
