AIOKA race weeks — Monza, Madrid, Baku, Las Vegas

Hospitality programmes that run as a week, not an event: paddock access, driver encounters and evening receptions, all on one itinerary.

Paddock Club, pit-lane walks, black-tie evenings across a weekend

AIOKA's race-week programmes are multi-day by design — Paddock Club access, pit-lane walks, driver encounters and black-tie evenings across a Grand Prix weekend, repeated in Monza, Madrid, Baku, Las Vegas and beyond. Guests don't experience that as five events. They experience it as one week.

One itinerary, many doors

Each session is its own event with its own door, capacity and dress code — and each guest sees all of them in a single itinerary, with tickets in their wallet and every venue a tap from directions. For the organiser, the guest list, approvals and gates for the whole weekend sit in one place.

What the morning after looks like

Attendance per session, cross-session overlap, and a verified view of which guests were present across the programme — the numbers a hospitality partner actually asks for when the weekend is over.

Every competitor models an event as an object whose life ends at check-in. A race week proves that was never how it worked.
